iNFORMATION TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS

Our school is for your child. So your child is a Very Important Person in our school. Our aim is to make him/her fit for life. Your maximum co-operation is
essential to bring out the best in the child.
1. Personal record page provided in duplicate in the diary should be carefully filled in by the Parent/Guardian.
2. You are requested to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help your ward’s progress by paying attention to his/her regularity, punctuality and discipline.
3. Ensure that your ward comes to school dressed in proper uniform and in time for the Morning Assembly.
4. Only legal guardians or signatories on student’s identification form in this diary are eligible to make remarks and sign on the diary while making correspondence with the school.
5. This School Diary is one of the links which bridges the home and the school and is designed to act as a medium facilitating effective communication between parents and teachers. Its scope is, therefore, extended beyond that of a mere almanac and rule book.
 a. Ensure that your ward brings the diary to school every day.
 b. Encourage him/her to note down the assignments carefully and regularly in the diary.
 c. Check the diary regularly for any entries/circulars from theschool. The diary may also be used by the parent/s for communicating with the teacher/s  or school authorities.
d.  Read the contents of the diary carefully.
e. Sign all the notes sent by the school.
f. Intimate the school in case of any change in your address, cell/phone number(s) and other relevant details. This will facilitate school authorities to contact the parents in case of any emergency.
6. Parents are requested to sign the progress reports, answer papers and teacher’s remarks in the school diary and return them within the
prescribed time.
7. The participation of the father and the mother/guardian in the meetings convened by the School authorities is compulsory. These
meetings are the right occasion to discuss your child’s progress in his/her education, strengths and weaknesses of your child and so on.
8. To the best interest of their children, parents are requested to respond readily when they are asked to call on the school authorities
and teachers.
9. Parents are welcome to meet the class teacher/subject teacher at least once in a month.
10. Parents are expected to show due respect to the school authorities and teachers.
11. For any kind of suggestions or complaints, parents are expected to report to Principal in black and white without any hesitation in order
to achieve the full objectives of our school.

12. MEDICAL :
In case of any accident or emergency during the school hours,parents/guardian will be informed at once and First Aid will be administered in the School infirmary/Nearby Govt. Hospital.
 a. If a student is likely to be absent due to illness for a long periodthe Principal / the class teacher must be informed as soon as possible. (Parents should inform the school of any recurring orpersistent medical problem of their ward).
 b. In case of an infectious disease, parents should report the fact tothe Principal at once and should not send the student to class till the danger of infection has passed(This applies mainly to Chicken pox , Measles , Mumps , Whooping Cough , Conjunctivitis). Parents are requested to inform the school if the child is allergic to any medication.
c. Students who have any infectious disease will not be allowed to attend the school unless they bring a doctor’s certificate stating that the period of quarantine is over
